Chinese-style fried eggs and vegetables(But eggs are not used!)

Hello! Nice to see you again.The first time in a week I will update this blog.
Today I will introduce a Chinese-style stir-fry recipes.It looks like a fried egg and bamboo shoots, but this dish does not use eggs.I use tofu instead of eggs.I used potato starch mixed with tofu. The texture becomes soft.You eat this food, you may be surprised at just like an egg.
I will introduce in this recipe!



ingredients for 1 person

About 3oz(100g) tofu
1tsp potato starch
1/2tbsp soy sauce
1tsp curry powder
1oz(30g)celery
2oz(60g) boiled Bamboo shoot
2tsp sesame oil

Please slice the celery and bamboo shoots.

Please mix the tofu and potato starch.Also add soy sauce and curry powder here,and mix well.

Heating oil into a pan and fry the celery and bamboo shoots.

Put seasoned tofu here.Please fry until tofu is hot enough.

Now ready! This dish is really like an egg.It is also recommended for persons allergic to eggs.

chicken nuggets made with vegetable

Hello! I am happy to see you again. It is the first time in a week.
Today I want to introduce chicken nuggets made with vegetable.Of course I make without meat.Grated potatoes mixed with oatmeal and bake it.Then it becomes almost like a chicken.



ingredients for 1 person

About 3oz(100g) potatoes
6Tbsp oatmeal
2tsp soy sauce
1tsp curry powder
5Tbsp oatmeal(for clothing)
1Tbsp olive oil

Please potatoes worn down.

Grated potatoes, oatmeal, soy sauce, curry powder into a bowl.Oatmeal is still dry.Mix it well.

Grated potato and oatmeal harden.Put the oatmeal around for clothes.
Heat olive oil and bake it.

Now ready! This dish is like a real chicken.Maybe you'll surprised!

Without an egg Carrot tempura

Hello! Nice to see you again. It is the first time in a week.
Today's recipe is sliced carrot tempura.Japanese-style tempura is usually used eggs.But today I will show you how to make without eggs.Making tempura coating with flour and soy milk gives this a very crunchiness.It is also very good sesame flavor.



ingredients for 1 person

carrot 3oz
3tbsp flour
2tbsp soy milk
A pinch of salt
1tbsp sesami
oil,for flying

Cut carrots into strips.

Mix flour and soy milk, add salt and sesame seeds also.

Mix the carrots into the bowl.

Heat oil and put carrots in there.The size is much eaten in one bite.Small amount of oil is fine.Turn one side becomes crisp.Once the whole crispy tempura, lift from oil.

Now ready! Carrots are very sweet.Texture is crunchy.This is low calorie tempura,because small amounts of oil.Please try it!

Cabbage Burger

Hello! I write a blog for the first time a week. I'm glad to see you again!
Today's recipe is the oatmeal and cabbage hamburger.
Last week's recipe was a hamburger,this week I used the cabbage. Because the cabbage can be bought anywhere in the world.
When you eat this hamburger, you are probably surprised.Cabbage is so sweet and delicious!
The recipe is very simple.
ingredients for 1 person

2 cabbage leaves(about  3oz)
3〜4tbsp Oatmeal
A pinch of salt
1tsp oil

Chop the cabbage.

Cabbage and salt into the pan.Then steamed in a covered 2 minutes.

Mix the softened cabbage and oatmeal.

Make the shape of the hamburger.

Heat oil and cook the hanburger.

Now ready! Please eat with your favorite sauce.
