Green pepper with soba noodles

Hello! I am happy to see you again. I will update this blog once a week.

Well, let me introduce today's cuisine.Do you like soba noodles? I really like Japanese soba noodles.
We usually eat the soba noodles with soup.But it is also delicious steer fred soba noodles.


ingredients for 1 person

5 green peppers
2oz dry soba noodles
1 / 3 tsp salt
1 / 2 tsp black pepper
Oleve oil

Cook the soba noodles according to the instructions on the packet, wash under cold water.

Cut the green peppers.So many!

Heat the olive oil in a hot wok and stir fry the green peppers,salt and black pepper for 2 minutes.

Add the soba noodles,and continue stir fry for 2 minute.

This dish is complete.Please try!

tomato humburger

Hello! I am happy to see you again. I will update this blog once a week.

Well, let me introduce today's cuisine.Today's recipe is a tomato hamburger.Of course, this dish is a meat-free vegan menu.



ingredients for 1 person

1 small tomato(about 4oz)
1.5oz oatmeal(about 40g)
oil

Cut the tomato die.

Mix oatmeal and tomato,and make the form of hamburger.

Heat oil in a skillet. When the oil is hot,place the hamburger in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn it and put a lid on skillet,and cook for 4-5 minutes until crisp and brown.

This dish is ready now.Eat with ketchup!

Simmered Zucchini

Hello! I am happy to see you again. I will update this blog once a week.

Well, let me introduce today's cuisine.
Today's recipe is a dish with zucchini.
It is also delicious sauteed and fried zucchini, today I will introduce Japanese style cuisine.


ingredients for 1 person

1/2 zucchini (about 3 oz)
1/4 onion(about 2oz)
2tbsp sake
1/2tbsp soy sauce
1tsp sesame oil

Cut zucchini into bite-size.Slice onion.

Place zucchini and onion in a saucepan,and add the sake,soy sauce and sesame oil.

Put a lid on the saucepan.Bring to a boil over medium heat,then turn the heat down and simmer for about 8 minutes,until the zucchini is almost cooked.

Now, this dish is complete.The zucchini is soft enough melt.Please try it!

fried carrot

Hello! I am happy to see you again. I will update this blog once a week.
Rainy season has come to be known as the rainy season.Every day is a rainy day in Tokyo.But today is fine for a long time!

Well, let me introduce today's cuisine.
Today's recipe is fried carrot.Today's recipe is fried carrot. Carrots are good fits with miso. So today is a taste of miso fly.


ingredients for 1 person

1 small carrot (about 3 oz)
2tsp miso
2tbsp flour
2tbsp soy milk
Sesami oil

Cut into bite-size carrots.

Mix the carrot and miso.

Mix flour and soy milk.

Put the carrots and mix there.

Heat oil to fry the carrots.

Now, this dish is complete.Carrot and miso is a good coupling.Please try to eat.Carrots are sweet and delicious, you will surely surprised!
